At Teach 3Sixty, our mission is to ensure that every child has access to an equitable, inclusive, and empowering education. We advocate with families by navigating IEPs, 504 Plans, and school systems with clarity, compassion, and expertise—so that every scholar’s needs are not only recognized but fully supported.
We know firsthand how overwhelming and isolating the education system can feel when your child needs support. As a parent of a child on the autism spectrum and as someone who is ADHD, our founder brings both professional expertise and lived experience to every case. Teach 3Sixty was created to bridge the gap between families and schools, making sure that every stakeholder feels supported, while keeping the child at the center.
Because when families are equipped, schools are guided, and students are empowered—the result is lasting change that helps children thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
Mrs. Davis is a dedicated advocate and educator with more than a decade of experience across diverse learning environments—from self-contained elementary classrooms to middle and high school instruction. Her work has spanned roles as a course facilitator, STEM advocate, curriculum writer, and administrator, equipping her with a broad understanding of how schools operate at every level.
What sets Mrs. Davis apart is her personal connection to the advocacy work she does. As a parent of a son on the autism spectrum and someone who is herself ADHD, she understands firsthand the challenges families face when navigating IEPs, 504 Plans, and the broader education system. She advocates not only with professional expertise but also from a place of lived experience, empathy, and resilience.
She is deeply skilled in data evaluation and decision-making, ensuring that her advocacy is grounded in evidence-based practices and actionable strategies. Mrs. Davis holds a Bachelor’s in Education with a mathematics emphasis from Westminster College and a Master of Education in Instructional Leadership from Sam Houston State University.
Beyond her accomplishments in the classroom, she is passionate about ensuring equity in education—amplifying the voices of families, dismantling barriers for neurodivergent students, and guiding schools toward more inclusive practices. Through Teach 3Sixty°, she works tirelessly to ensure that every child has access to the support, opportunities, and advocacy they deserve.
